About Colorado Springs Landscape Installation Experts: Jake's Designs

Jake Harris (Owner/Architect) has a Landscape Architecture Degree from Colorado State University and has owned and operated Jake's Designs since 2000. He was the receipient of scholarships from Rainbird and Hunter during his tenure at CSU, and has been a resident of the Colorado Springs area since 1983.

Jake is the proud father of 2 beautiful young boys, has a wife whom is an educater in the Colorado Springs public school system, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing, snowboarding, bowling, and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Jake is also the Pinball Wizard...you don't want to get tied up in the arcade with this one.

Matthew Mobley has been working as our Construction Manager side-by-side with Jake Harris since 2001 and has 10+ years experience in landscaping. He takes great pride in overseeing all of Jake's Designs' jobsites and always ensures a timely delivery. Matthew enjoys fishing, hunting, and is an on-the-side cattle rancher on his farm. Mattie never goes a Sunday without glueing to the tube for some Bronco's football.

Jason Nice is our Head Site Forman and has been with Jake's Designs since 2003. Jason runs an efficient, effective, reliable, and timely job site. Jason spends his off-time with his wife and two children, camping, fishing, shooting pool, watching the 49ers and was an art-student at UCCS.
